Terms of Service

Quanton Infrastructure provides remote cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services: All work is delivered remotely. We handle the technical deployment of cloud environments, database migrations, and automated release processes for companies moving to the cloud or scaling their infrastructure.

S/01

Managed Cloud Setup (AWS / Azure)

Configuration of VPCs, security groups, and virtual instances. Setup of load balancers and auto-scaling groups to handle traffic spikes.

$3,850.00 · Single Environment Setup

S/02

Database Migration & Replication

Migration of on-premise databases to RDS/managed SQL services. Configuration of automated daily backups and multi-region replication for data safety.

$3,100.00 · per migration

S/03

CI/CD Pipeline Implementation

Automating the software release process. Setup of GitHub Actions or Jenkins to ensure code is automatically tested and deployed to production servers.

$2,450.00 · per pipeline

S/04

Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring & Support (Retainer)

24/7 automated monitoring of server uptime, CPU/memory usage, and application performance. Includes monthly security patching, dependency updates, and performance optimization recommendations.

$1,250.00 / month

Payment: Invoices are issued upon project agreement. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.

Legal · Refund

Refund Policy

Quanton Infrastructure delivers professional remote engineering services. Due to the nature of technical work, our refund policy is as follows.

Before Work Begins: If you cancel your engagement before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.

Work In Progress: If work has begun and you choose to cancel, you will be billed only for the portion of work completed, calculated at our standard hourly rate. Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded.

Completed Deliverables: Once a service milestone has been delivered and accepted (or deemed accepted after 7 days without written objection), no refund is available for that milestone.

Disputes: If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue, including revisions at no additional cost where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items: Third-party costs (cloud provider fees, software licenses, etc.) incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.
